SUSTAINABLE CORPORATE MANAGEMENT
ASKING AROUND
Schubert was officially certified as a “Great Place to Work” back in 2024, but we’ve never seen the accolade as a reason to rest on our laurels. Instead, we’re constantly striving to make our corporate culture as good as it can be and to create a working environment defined by trust, appreciation and ongoing development. This approach is grounded in the values of a family-owned business and shaped together with the people who work here.
A great place to work can only remain great if its employees continue to be satisfied with their employer even after certification. That’s why we regularly ask our workforce – anonymously – how they rate their jobs and the working environment at Schubert. Their detailed responses serve as both a yardstick and a driver for developing our working culture.

“Great Place to Work accreditation demonstrates how we put sustainable corporate management into practice: through an employee-focused culture that strengthens motivation, a sense of identification and team spirit.”
Jenny Wacker, Director HR Gerhard Schubert GmbH
