The Lightline machine series is designed for packaging tasks that need to be automated simply, reliably, and efficiently, without the need for high flexibility in the packaging process.

Lightline is ideal for applications with manageable product and format variants and is based on predefined product scenarios. Each scenario results from the combination of product, packaging, and packing scheme and forms the basis for the preconfigured, cost-effective machine solutions.

Lightline stands for simple, well-thought-out, and economical packaging solutions, perfect for companies that value reliability and rapid availability.

A total of 14 product scenarios are currently available in the Lightline series – ideal for standard packaging where availability, simple processes, and a quick project start are the focus.

The machines are based on proven Schubert modules and preconfigured standards. This significantly reduces the design and conception effort and enables short delivery and commissioning times. For our customers, this means a fast, clearly calculable entry into automation without unnecessary complexity.

Want to pack bars reliably and efficiently into boxes? Space-saving, clear, and without unnecessary complexity?

That's exactly what the Lightline Cartoner was developed for. At interpack, the machine will be on display as a compact bar packer, demonstrating how efficiency and space-saving design can be perfectly combined. The single-lane A3 box erector and vertical magazine enable a particularly compact design.

Features:

Impressive blank supply: stacks up to 1,200 mm high. The maximum capacity depends on the thickness and size of the blanks – the smaller and thinner they are, the more will fit in.
No interruptions: The trade fair exhibit holds up to 4,000 blanks – uninterrupted operation for around 60 minutes.
Trade fair application: Packaging of four bars in two layers into a box ready for sale.
Output: up to 60 boxes per minute
Well-designed refilling: The height-adjustable magazine table can be ergonomically adjusted so that blanks can be quickly and conveniently replenished.

Another highlight is the new sealing tool, developed according to clean design principles:

High rigidity and dimensional stability for long-term process reliability

At interpack, we will be demonstrating two formats live:

Bar boxes lying down in a 2 x 2 pattern with five layers per outer carton.
Cereal boxes standing upright in a 2 x 6 formation.

The format change is fully automatic, without changeover parts and without manual settings. This saves time, reduces downtime, and creates planning reliability in operation.
