TRUST IN INSTINCTS

As humans we instinctively know how to handle different objects, almost unconsciously we understand the delicacies of an object and handle it accordingly. That instinct is what we have built into our custom tooling.

That has been the basis of our strategy, offering reliability and consistency in a very unreliable and inconsistent world. We respond to consumer preferences with interchangeable tooling, we respond to regulatory requirements with consultative action, and we respond to packaging with automated machinery harbouring a life span of 15-20 years.

Unlimited Product Variety with 3D Printing

On a single picker line we pack a wide variety of product formats through 3D printed tooling that can be printed within your own facility through the 3D PARTBOX.

Gentle and Precise

Schubert equips your machines with gripping or suction tools in a variety of designs, tailored to each product like a human hand. Special shapes and materials enable robots to securely handle even fragile items with unusual shapes, slippery surfaces, or delicate or sticky textures.

Print, Plug & Play

Switching pick-and-place robotic tools during a format change is as simple as it gets: pull out the old tool, plug in the new one, and the machine is immediately ready to handle the new format. And if a part wears out, you can use your own Partbox 3D printer to produce a replacement on-site.

OUR VARIETY OF TOOLING

Tooling is designed for each individual customer and product, we have amassed a wide variety of specific tooling already.

  • Whether square, round, or curved, nearly any product shape and geometry can be handled. Even tools with complex structures, ultra-thin bridges, or undercuts are possible.
  • By combining 3D-printed tools with compatible attachments, such as vacuum suction cups or metal grippers, the possibilities are virtually limitless.
  • Thanks to the fast printing process, design changes can be implemented in no time. Prototypes and small series can be produced at unbeatable speed and cost efficiency.
